CAMPING AND ACCOMODATIONS

LETS SPEND THE NIGHT TOGETHER

DRY camping is available on site with the option of either tent or Camper/ RV accommodations. All overnight guests must possess both a festival and camping pass.

Tent camping is $10+T&S for the weekend. Each space includes 1 10X10 space. 1 vehicle per space.

Campers/ RV’s are $20 +T&S for the weekend and includes 1 vehicle per space

If you are in the campgrounds and don’t have a concert admission pass you will be asked to leave.

Camping spots are available on a first come, first served basis based on arrival.

Load-in times for camping patrons are as follows:

Friday - 9:00am- 6pm

Saturday – 9:00am – 12pm

You must be in place no later than 6pm on Friday or 12 pm Saturday or you will not be able to camp on-site.

Load-out for camping patrons staying through Saturday night must exit the site no later than 11:00 am Sunday.

ELECTRICITY AND HOOKUPS

GA and VIP Camping Spaces have NO electricity or hookups.This is dry camping ONLY. You are allowed to run your personal generators.

OPEN FLAMES/FIREWORKS

No campfires, outside fires/flames or fireworks allowed. You will be asked to leave the site IMMEDIATELY if you are caught with fireworks or a personal fire. No refunds will be given.

IMPORTANT

Gates are locked 1 hour after the festival site is cleared and all day parkers have left for the evening. No entry or exit will be allowed after gates are locked until 7am the next morning.

Patrons will NOT be allowed to camp inside a running vehicle (i.e. ignition turned on).

No exceptions. Tents should not be set up near the exhaust pipes of vehicles.

Porta Potties are provided for the campgrounds. There are NO showers.

 

TRASH

Please do not LITTER! Keep your site clean and don’t leave any trash upon exit.Please use the dumpsters on site to dispose of trash. 


WAIT TIMES

In an effort to be 100% transparent with our patrons, we want festival-goers to understand that there will be a wait time when arriving/ leaving the festival site. This is a one way in/ one way out situation. Please be prepared to wait in your vehicle for an extended period of time.  


Alcohol is allowed on camp site but can not be brought into the festival or ranch rodeo.


Disclaimer that the nearest small grocery store is 20 miles away and Walmart is 60. 



What other lodging options are there?

The nearest hotel is 45 min-Super 8 in Grangeville ID 

Lewiston ID has hotel options, 60 min drive 

We highly encourage camping on site.
